Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring character of Daphne in the second season of the HBO drama series True Blood. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started her career as a teacher at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten and 1st grade. In 1998, she got married to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved to Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was with Bethesda Elementary, where she taught fourth grade. In 1999, 2000 and 2001, she completed her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to teach. In 2000, the couple welcomed their first child, Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the past fifteen years to encouraging the growth of children in the local church as well as in the local community. Ashley was a teacher in the Preschool and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. While Ashley was at home with her family, she spent three years homeschooling. While they were homeschooling, the children attended a tutorial at which Ashley was a teacher of History in Kindergarten and First Grade. God showed her family, that even though she loved doing homeschooling and spending time with them and spending time with them, it was the right time for Ashley to go back to school. Brent and Ashley each have five kids. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor is an GCA graduate and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan is a graduate of GCA, and is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. A busy family, they enjoy hunting, fishing and motivating each other to achieve success in their sports as well as their hobbies. Romans 8.28 Because we are aware that the truth in all things.
