Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox was a student at the Royal Academy of Music, London in the 1970s. She took a course in harpsichord and flautist piano over three years. She was able to survive with the stipend she received from her students and work part-time jobs. Lennox, while studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was dissatisfied with her performance as compared to the performance of the other students. She began considering other options. Lennox joined a group called Dragons Playground as the flute player in the year 1976. The group didn't make it to the talent contest New Faces on I.T.V. She was the lead singer to The Tourists (a British popband) between 1977 and 1980. She began to meet Dave Stewart, with whom they would create the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox then began to work on her debut solo album Diva and it was released by 1992. It was a massive hit both critically and commercially. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was released in October of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. comprises Lennox's favourite soul, jazz and blues songs of her youth. In addition in May 2019 Lennox published Lepidoptera a collection comprising four tracks improvised by piano. The E.P. is the companion album for her installation of art in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled Now I Let You Go... It is the first time she has released an independent album. Annie Lennox, born on December 25, 1954 in Scotland is a philanthropist and politician. She sings. After a brief successes as a part of the band called The Tourists in the late 1970s, she and her fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to gain international recognition as the duo known as Eurythmics in the 1980s.
